RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS CONDUCT POLICY

In accordance with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, Amgros has developed a policy for responsible business conduct.

At Amgros, in accordance with our new policy we will demonstrate responsible business conduct.

Amgros expects our business relationships to have a similar due diligence process in place.

Amgros incorporates the Responsible Business Conduct Policy into our internal policies, procedures and workflows.

We incorporate the policy into our employee training and expect our employees to contribute to policy compliance. Furthermore, we expect them to report quickly if they become aware of significant adverse impacts.
