How to become an Amgros supplier

At Amgros, we're dedicated to making it as easy and attractive as possible to be a supplier to the Danish public hospitals and hearing clinics. This page contains information on how your company can become an Amgros supplier.

Amgros procures pharmaceuticals used by Danish public hospitals.

CREATE A USER ON AMGROS' SUPPLIER AND TENDER PORTAL
To become a supplier of medicinal products to Amgros, your company must be registered as a user on our Supplier and Tender Portal for medicinal products.

With a user account for the Supplier and Tender Portal, you can—besides submitting bids for medicinal products—gain access to a range of useful guidelines.

If you and your company have not yet registered as a user on our Supplier and Tender Portal, you can easily do so by following one of these links:

If your company is registered in Denmark, please click here to create a user account.

If your company is registered outside Denmark, please click here to create a user account.

Once you have registered as a user, you can find guidance on how to use the portal in our user guide (in Danish).

You can also learn more about what it takes to become a supplier to Danish public hospitals in the guide available here.
HOW YOUR MEDICINAL PRODUCT REACHES PUBLIC HOSPITALS
Your entry into the Danish market depends on where your medicinal product is in its lifecycle. Is it a completely new product with patent protection? Or is it a generic product facing significant competition?

Learn more about the lifecycle of medicinal products on this page.
NEW PHARMACEUTICALS

In Denmark, the Medicines Council assesses whether a new drug should be recommended as standard treatment at public hospitals. On the Danish Medicines Concils website you can find more information about how to apply for an assessment of your medical product.

As a supplicer, note that the application process may extend over a longer period.

Read more about the procedure for new pharmaceuticals here.

GENERIC PHARMACEUTICALS

If your company wants to sell a pharmaceutical to the public Danish hospitals your gateway  will be the tendering procedures conducted by Amgros on behalf of Danish Regions.

Our tendering procedures are regulated by the EU Public Procurement Directive, and the Danish Public Procurement Act (udbudslov). In most cases, we invite tenders for one-year contracts with the option for extension - and our tenders - and our tenders most often enter into force on 1 April.

HEARING AIDS

We want to ensure fair and uniform treatment for all interested tenderers.

We carry out our tendering procedures in accordance with the Danish Act on Tendering Procedures and publish our Tenders on our website and on the tender portal of EU.

If you would like access to Amgros' tendering procedures for medical devices, including hearing aids, you can register as a user on our external CTM system: https://eu.eu-supply.com/login.asp
